Please call Home Products Customer Support at (800) 352-BUNN (2866) before returning any home product purchased online in order to obtain the necessary instructions on sending your product(s) back. Please have your order number available prior to calling.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Your credit will be processed within 5-10 business days after BUNN receives the returned item(s).
