What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your BUNN® Home Products brewer or accessory, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are for Bunn.com Home Product purchases only. You must call and speak to one of our very-friendly customer service representatives at (800) 352-BUNN (2866) before returning any Home Product purchased online in order to obtain the necessary instructions on sending your product(s) back. Please have your order number available prior to calling.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Your credit will be processed within 5-10 business days after BUNN receives the returned item(s).

How do I check my order status?

  • If you checked out as a guest - You can view your order status by clicking the order number in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. Create an account to easily access your order history in the future.
  • If you are a registered user - Sign in to your account and access your order history from the user account menu.

I can't find my order confirmation email

Be sure to check your spam folder to see if it landed in the wrong inbox. If you still cannot find your oder confirmation, please contact Customer Support at (800) 352-BUNN (2866) in the United States to get help with an order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been processed. You can track your order via the UPS or FedEx tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping details

If you used a valid email address at checkout, and you have not received any email communication related to your order, please contact Customer Support at (800) 352-BUNN (2866) in the United States.

When will my order ship?

An Expected Ship Date was presented in Step 2 (Shipping Method) of the Checkout. It should also available on the Order Confirmation page, as well as the Order Confirmation email you received after checkout.

Can I make changes to my order after I place it?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed from the website.

My promo code didn't work

Where do you ship?

Bunn.com Home Products ships anywhere within the Continental U.S. (this excludes Alaska & Hawaii). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
