What is your return policy?

If you purchased your BUNN® Home Products brewer or accessory from bunn.com and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please call Home Products Customer Support at 800-352-BUNN(2866) before returning any home product purchased online in order to obtain the necessary instructions on sending your product(s) back. Please have your order number available prior to calling.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Your credit will be processed within 5-10 business days after BUNN receives the returned item(s).

How do I check my order status?

  • If you checked out as a guest - You can view your order status by clicking the order number in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. Create an account to easily access your order history in the future.
  • If you are a registered user - Sign in to your account and access your order history from the user account menu.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been processed. You can track your order via the UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping details

If you used a valid email address at checkout, and you have not received any email communication related to your order, please contact Customer Support at 800-352-BUNN(2866) in the United States.

When will my order ship?

BUNN strives to ship all orders within 48 hours (inventory permitting). If you do not receive a shipment confirmation after 48 hours, please reach out to BUNN customer service at 800-352-BUNN(2866) for an update. Please note that BUNN ships ground and depending on the carrier and location, transit times may vary.

Can I make changes to my order after I place it?

Please note that once an order is submitted through our website, it cannot be changed or canceled. If the order has already begun processing for shipment, updates are no longer possible. You may contact BUNN Customer Service with your order number, and they will be happy to review whether any modification or cancellation options are available.

My promo code didn't work

Where do you ship?

Bunn.com Home Products ships anywhere within the Continental U.S. (this excludes Alaska & Hawaii). Unfortunately, we do not ship machines or accessories to Post Office Boxes.
