I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping details
If you provide us with a valid email address, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can view order history and order details (including tracking information) by logging into your account with your user name or email address. Most items are shipped via UPS.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order via the UPS or FedEx tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
When will my order ship?
Orders including product that is in-stock and placed before 1PM CST should ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1PM CST will ship the next day.
Can I make changes to my order after I place it?
Order process is automatic so we cannot change or cancel the order once it has been placed.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your BUNN® At Home Products brewer or accessory (and that makes us sad), you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date (returns are for Bunn.com Home Product purchases only). You must call and speak to one of our very-friendly customer service representatives at 1-800-352-2866 before returning any Home Product purchased online in order to obtain the necessary instructions on sending your product(s) back. Please have your order number available prior to calling.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Your credit will be processed within 5-10 business days after BUNN receives the returned item(s).
