30 days of the purchase date. Returns are for Bunn.com Home Product purchases only. You must call and speak to one of our customer service representatives at (800) 352-BUNN (2866) before returning any Home Product purchased online in order to obtain the necessary instructions on sending your product(s) back.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Your credit will be processed within 5-10 business days after BUNN receives the returned item(s).
